An informal group chat with an author or anybody else lots of fans would like to meet. Commonly held in the social space over drinks. If you want to attend one, you usually have to book in advance because limited space will be available. The programme guide should tell you how to apply.
Kaffeeklatsch is a German term that literally translates as "coffee gossip," meaning an informal chat over coffee. Also known as an author chat.
