The thing which identifies you as one of the con's Attending membership. It will be given to you at registration, and you will need to wear it whenever you are in the con hotel from the opening ceremony to the closing ceremony. The badge will be given to you at registration in the registration pack. It typically contains your badge name, membership number, and some kind of distinctive design that identifies the badge as being issued by a particular con. day membership badges will be altered in some way to indicate which day they are valid on. You should be careful not to lose your badge as registration will typically charge you an administration fee for making a replacement.
