A con's financial plan, used by the treasurer to work out how much the committee can afford to spend in order to break even. Note that the objective of a fan-run con like an Eastercon is not to make a profit; it is to provide the best experience possible for its members without incurring a loss (which would come directly out of the committee's pockets). If there is any money left over after the con it will generally be handed forward to the next con's committee.
