Things to see and do at a con include the art show, Beyond Cyberdrome (Eastercon only), the bid session, the book auction, book readings, book signings, the BSFA awards ceremony (Eastercon only), Chaos costuming, Chaos robotics (Eastercon only), the closing ceremony, the dead dog party, the dealers' room, the Easter egg hunt (Eastercon only), filk sessions, the games room, the George Hay memorial lecture (Eastercon only), be a gopher, the gripe session, hall costumes, kaffeeklatsches, the masquerade, micro-programming, write for the newsletter, the opening ceremony, panels, parties, the play (not every year), drink real ale and real cider, talks, and the video programme.
