Concessional membership

Basically the same as attending membership but sold at a reduced rate, typically to students, unemployed, retired, and disabled people. It is generally expected that if you buy a concessional membership at a time when you qualify for one of the concessions, but you no longer qualify by the time of the con (eg. you get a job in the mean-time), you should upgrade to a full attending membership.
