Phlosque award

An award given out by SMS at the Eastercon closing ceremony for an artwork that the con's members have voted as being an exceptionally good example of Phlosque. It is unique amongst art or SF awards in that it includes a free chocolate cream egg. Phlosque is usually described as 'cute fantasy artwork with significance'.
